An Open Invitation: See the Demo Behind Sovereign, Air-Gapped AI
We're inviting angel and institutional investors to see the demo directly: the problems we're solving in sovereign, air-gapped AI, and the full ecosystem built around that one architectural decision.
Most AI platforms assume a connection. Ours doesn't have to have one. That single architectural choice, building for environments that are air-gapped, data-sovereign, or simply unwilling to send their information to someone else's cloud, shapes everything we build. This is an open invitation to angel investors and institutional investors who want to see that choice in action, not described in a slide, but running.
What the demo actually shows
We show the platform running entirely on infrastructure we control, with no outbound dependency required for it to keep working. You'll see how a model runs, how a request is authorised, how an action is logged, and how that log can be independently verified afterwards, all without a connection to anywhere else. For an investor evaluating AI infrastructure, the interesting part usually isn't the model. It's what happens around it: who can see what, where the data actually goes, and whether any of that can be proven after the fact rather than just asserted.
The problem we built around
Most commercial AI platforms are built on a simple assumption: the model runs somewhere else, on someone else's infrastructure, and your data travels there to be processed. For a large share of the market, that's an acceptable trade. For another share, defence, government, critical infrastructure, regulated industries, and any organisation where data residency or air-gapped operation is a hard requirement rather than a preference, that assumption rules the option out entirely before a single feature gets compared.
We started from the opposite assumption: that the organisation itself should be able to run the full stack, model, permissions, audit trail, and every supporting tool, on infrastructure it controls end to end, connected or not. That's a harder engineering problem than building another cloud API. It means solving model deployment, access control, provenance, and governance as properties of the system itself, not as features bolted on top of someone else's platform.
A full ecosystem, not a single tool
Once you build the sovereign, offline-capable substrate properly, the more interesting question becomes what you can build on top of it. We didn't stop at a single assistant. The demo covers the working ecosystem built on that same foundation: studios for specific business functions, an audit and governance layer that applies across all of them, and the underlying runtime that lets all of it operate without a live connection being a point of failure. It's one architecture, applied consistently, rather than a collection of separate products stitched together after the fact.
Real progress, not projections
trust-agent.ai, our free AI course platform, has passed 1,843 downloads since launching on 30 September, and we're actively expanding the course library into regulated and public-sector environments: healthcare, policing, government and defence, aimed at people who genuinely don't yet know how to use AI safely in those settings. We've also opened a free, interactive labs section where anyone can inspect the actual mechanics behind these systems, a real tokeniser, a real sampling algorithm, an agent-permission gate, rather than take our word for it, with more labs on the way. We're rolling out our own MCP agents in beta shortly, and putting the Open Audit Record, our tamper-evident record of what an AI system actually did, in front of third-party testers in the coming days.
What we're not going to do in this article
We're not going to put a number in front of you here. No valuation, no round size, no projection. Those conversations happen properly, on a call, with the right context and the right questions answered directly rather than skimmed from a page. What we want this article to do is simpler: show you the problem is real, show you we've actually built the answer to it, and make it easy to see that for yourself.
Request a call
If you invest in infrastructure, security, or sovereign technology, or you simply want to see what a genuinely offline-capable AI platform looks like in practice, we'd like to show you. Visit our investor page to request a call, and we'll walk you through the live demo directly.
