The spine of the whole system. Every action a brain takes is sealed under an ML-DSA-65 post-quantum signature (FIPS 204) before it executes, and anyone can verify it offline with nothing but a public key. Tamper with the record and verification fails loudly. The proof is cryptographic, not bookkept.
